Gadish Properties - David & Orit Gadish

This couple abuses their employees. They promise good pay, medical benefits and respect. HA! What you get are pay cuts - NO BENEFITS - disrespect, abuse and NO OVERTIME PAY. They treat their employees like crap. Just look at the employee turn over they have. Check out IRIPOFF.com.

When I worked for them, the building they occupied an office in couldn't wait for their sorry asses to move. Basically because all they did was bitch, whine and moan about everything. They could not get along with their neighbors. Building Management got tired of David making his employees steal the buildings restroom paper towels because they are too cheap to buy them themselves!

They lie to the Banks, they use unlicensed people to do BPO's and in fact, David has his mother doing BPO's from CANADA!! Really?? They are too lazy to check the properties they are trying to sell, and if they can't get someone to take pictures, they send pictures of other properties to the banks that they rip off the internet.

They break MLS rules like it's the proper thing to do. They make all the employees use the MLS, yet they are not paying the MLS for the employees' access. TSK, TSK.

Oh, and did I mention that if you are trying to buy property from them, if you do not offer enough so Orit can get a good commission, your offer doesn't just float to the bottom ... it NEVER makes it to the bank!

They are absolutely RUDE to everyone, including other realtors and they actually ENCOURAGE rude behavior towards others from their employees. Oh My God! And they brag great customer service?

And what a little piggy Orit is! They force you to work UNPAID overtime, then they will order a couple of pizzas and weasal face Orit will eat most of it! Oh, and she smells.

They are disrespectful towards America and don't like our labor laws. AAAWWW, too bad. If you don't like America, take your abusive, smelly, lying, cheating, rude, pompous asses back to Canada!
