Wire Fraud

Taking large sums of money from numerous people under the guise of false business transactions. Have committed international wire fraud by taking a large sum of money under false pretense and refusing to return funds both in the US and Canada. Others have been Scammed over the years in the same manner through money wires , borrowing money, etc. They live day to day on other peoples money. They also owe money to other government agencies.

Wow...I see this chick has been busy....I would call Gaspe' Police Shawn see if your not the only one...she gives our Gaspe' a bad name. Of course she is going to say it isnt justified.

No not me, but it happened to some of my friends they where talkin about it and then i noticed, but this is crazy! like they would rent a car and they could of changed the price i dunno but its wrong,and all that money they took should b put back and they belong behind BARS!
That is stealing. I am sure the police would be interested to see their game. Tell your friends to call the Gaspe' Police. And if they charged them different and kept the money that is credit card fraud. I bet they had help in the bank to pull that one off !

Oh my goodness this is ridiculous! I am Lana’s sister and I know that she is not perfect but enough of this crazy talk! I do not know a Shawn Miller or his so called friend (s) that remain anonymous on here but back off with your accusations! Let your buddies fend for themselves or do they like to hide and make up lies? Go to the police! For goodness sakes...you are an adult after all!

And as for Gaspe10? Who are you? If you are so quick to tell Shawny Boy to go to the police then tell us who you are - be a man or woman! Ruining Gaspe’s name! Are you for real bud?

Several years ago I worked for a car rental company in a different province and I can let you know that additional charges can be made to a client’s contract without their consent. So perhaps you folks should read up on car rentals! For instance, if you bring a car back that is not full of gas - you will be charged a crazy amount of money to fill the car up again! And ALL companies do this! And if you do not return the vehicle when you are suppose to on the due date and time, then the RATE can change!

I am disgusted that people can go on a site like this and just say whatever. Defamation of character...slander...libel...are some words that come to mind. Look them up in a dictionary if you do not know what they mean.
Seems to me that the original complaint isnt about renting cars...it is about wire fraud etc...seems your sister has been busy. I guess Shawn is just adding to her list of bad habits. Most people make their money the old fashion way...EARNING it...not scamming for it from other people.

I am wondering if Gaspe 10 lives on this site? I agree with the Sisters! People are on here making some pretty damaging claims and that is not right.
Interesting how Gaspe 10 seems to have an invested interest in this site. Innocent until proven guilty is the way the law works in this country and I would like to remind people of that. I wonder if Gaspe 10 and Anonymous are the same person or group behind this site? The more I think of it ... I may know who you are ... Gaspe is a small place ... and you know the saying “People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones!”
ok lana's sister we all no that YOUR SISTER is a wire fraud freak, so why say these things if you dont no yourself what your sister did so how can u say shes not guilty? ive been in gaspe 4 35 years and i no people that paid cars cash and the other company said they used credit cards! but they dont have credit cards so what do we call that "FRAUD"! find proof that she didnt do it! and taking up 4 your sister is shes a fraud freak!
I said innocent until proven guilty my dear Shawn, you seem to have overlooked that fact. I must say if it is your plan to help your ‘friends’ by using this site ... it is not working because all that I am hearing from you are accusations, put downs, name calling, and so on ... making yourself look bad in the process. And really I do not give a rat’s ass how long you have lived in Gaspe, you are old enough to know better! AND yes, I will stand up for my sister and I will continue to visit this site daily if I need to. AND I will also encourage you to take your so called proof to the police just like your friend Gaspe 10 suggested, really I am asking myself why you have not already??? Or have you gone to the police and they did not agree with you ... interesting thought!
Sitting back and reading all this... amazing. Why doesnt the sister have her sister defend herself if she did nothing wrong. First of all I just came across this original posting. Apparently it was put up here for a reason and I am sure the parties involved must have been damaged greatly to put it up here. This site is here for a reason so others dont get hurt in the same way. Its their right to post their complaint up here. If I want to resond to the original post I will. I really doubt your sister is going to admit to her family her guilt in all this. So defend her if you feel the need. The truth always comes out anyway. And dont fault Shawn...he apparently knows something you dont.

Let"s make it a fair playing ground my friends, instead of hiding behind user names, use your real name, hmmm scary thought isn't it to actually stand behind your claims. I invite each and everyone to show me one single piece of proof to your claims, well you seem to know alot about me and I so little about you, or maybe just maybe I know who you are exactly so I suggest you be very careful of your wording! in future comments!!! And be sure of one thing , what I can bring out about all of you and you know what I'm talking about will be backed by documented proof and my name will be clear as day!

I didn't realise how important I am in all of your lives, my gosh how was I too know!! Pathetic little people with nothing better too do with there lives. While you were busy on this site wasting your personal time on me, I was busy living my life, lollll it's so ridiculous. Now let me finish by saying to my sister, thank you and it's appreciated.

Lana, you and Preston are unbelievable. Now you are sitting in jail in Winnipeg Manitoba after being charged for theft of a 93 year old woman who lives in the Senior Living establishment where you were manager. How could you. Have you no conscience or were you using your wiccan curses. Did you give no thought to your children. You can't say you are innocent in these 5 charges because you were caught on camera.

Lana Lynn Cassivi has been arrested for 5 counts of theft from a 93 year old resident residing at Amber Meadow in Winnipeg. Lana and Preston Trudel were both working at the residence. Lana was Manager. This happened on October 20 2015 for any of you that want to confirm this, check with the cbc.ca or Winnipeg police report. It is hard to believe that she would not consider her children's future while participating in these unlawful incidents.
