This scammer is impersenating the real Michael R. Courtney to be the owner of this home while the home is listed for sale. He will claim to be out of the country in Alaska and that he will rent to you, but you will first need to send him the 1st month rent and deposit through by Western Union, once you send him the tracking information he claimes he will send you the key, lease, to the property. I spoke to the listing agent she said it was a scam...
