Tim Carre

Tim Carre is the former owner of Innovative Mortgage Solutions located in san Ramon, CA Carre has scammed multiple people for well over $800,000.00. It all started when i was introduced to this slick talking mortgage broker by the name of Tim that drove the big Mercedes, wore the flashy suits and always had a Rolex or Cartier on his wrist. Back in 07' when the residential mortgage industry fell apart, apparently so were Tim’s finances. Unannounced to my knowledge at the time, Carre was into multiple banks for hundreds of thousands of dollars that he would shuffle from one account to another. Mind you, this is a guy that paid one of his employees to take his California Residential Real Estate license illegally for him. Moving forward, Tim approached me one weekday morning asking to borrow $100,000.00, yes I said 100K! He said that he simply needed it for 1 week to make payroll due to his broker checks being tied up. He even had a straight note that was to be attached to his home located in Walnut Creek. After a few weeks had gone by and no word from Carre, I knew something was wrong. I did some digging and it turns out that Carre had also borrowed 100K from another close friend of mine. After a year had gone by and no word from Carre, I pulled the title report on his property and to my surprise, he never placed me on the property title. To those whom might think that I must have a lot of money, the reality is that I was 100% broke and had to move home to my parents’ house. Then I get a call from a friend informing me that Carre is back in business and scamming people out of $15,000 for seasoned corporation trade lines. He was back to living the high life with a new Porsche and purchased a $20,000 diamond ring for his new wife in their 5,000 sq. foot home. At this point, my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and I had medical bills to pay. My mom called carre and pleaded with him to send anything, even a hundred dollars. He said he couldn't due to not having enough money to live himself. A few months went by and I got a call from carre stating that he wanted to repay the money he owed me. I could not believe it. I had been waiting for over 2 years and the day had come. A few days later the first check arrived in the amount of $1000. When I called to ask why so little, he told me that he would no longer send anything if I ever called again. The reason for this spark in interest to out carre is due to the fact that I just received a notice that carre threw me in his Bankruptcy and that i am not allowed to contact him. From what I know, Carre is still in the Daville, castro valley area. If you ever come across this guy Tim Carre, understand that he will take you for everything that you have and never look back. People have asked me what I plan on doing about this, and all I can say is that as long as I continue to walk the straight line, somewhere, somehow, carre's wake will catch up with him.
