Money must be paid up front or via installments before the any of the real work is done.
It's supposed to be an 18 week maximum project, using their experienced editors. All money is due by week 12.
The contract gives copyright to author. Everything else stays with Llumina and they can take a year to get the project done.
Communication skills are not professional. Anger, accusations, and inept processing is the name of the game.
