Has taken peoples deposits/investments - diverted funds to other businesses and now is under a freezing order.
He has extracted hundreds of thousands of pounds and often claims to know royalty and has drinks in posh hotels.

This Guy Chri Dereham - was involved in a scam called PPS. He left a trial of victims across UK & Spain. Avoid at all costs.
This person is still very active. Now calls himself Durham. Known associate is Kerry Welch. Operating in the Ascot and Windsor area currently.
Search for Chris Durham and Chris Derham to get a fuller picture of this fraudster. There are a trail of people owed money by him all over the Country. He has now left Ascot but has not yet turned up elsewhere. Does anyone know where he is now?
