Fed-pack

These folks emailed me and offered a kit on the web for 2.97 and a 30 days to cancel. They never said anything about a 56.71 charge on my card.

I called them on August 12th. Authorized them to take 2.97. On August 13th they charged my card for 56.71 and on August 16th they got me for the 2.97. When I called to get my money refunded they told me that it was a 24 hour cancellation and then they charge the monthly amount. Well how is they charged the 56.71 3 days prior to the 2.97. I have been calling them and they have put me on hold for 20 minutes called back and they say it must be a mis-posting when you ask to speak to a supervisor they put you on hold and never come back. I have been holding for an hour!!
