This company schmoozes you to believe that you are special, stories of talking to the owner's son, and how he is going to take care of everything. 1st time, they were supposed to show up, I waited at home from work only to find out they were going to be 6 hours late. Being in a jam, I had no choice but to postpone because of my building's moving policy. I move and they show up and first off, hey charge you for an extra hour period. If it takes 4 hours, they charge you 5, no questions asked. The next day they show up late again, and they didn't plan well and had the truck 2/3 full with someone else things and had to cram mine in. Because they were late the truck got caught in rush hour, and guess who got to pay for that extra time? Exactly me. Did they honor their discount for being late? NO. Did they honor their money back guarantee? NO

These are the most dishonest, unscrupulous movers in South Florida. They run their business with RENTED trucks out of a pack and store warehouse without even having a real office. STAY AWAY! DON'T LET THEM PARK A RENTED TRUCK IN YOUR HOUSE!
