She is a complete Fraud.Do not rent to her. The entire application will be fraud. She also moved right in and her deposit check bounced. I was the nice guy and allowed her to have 1 dog. Now she has 2 dogs and 7 cats in my rental. I am in the process of evicting this piece of dirt but landlords have to go through the system which it will take me a couple of months plus attorney fees and court costs. Do not rent to this women.
