The service department charges for work not performed, refuses to honor warranties and tries to sell work and/or services not needed.

When you try to get the phone number of the Main Office to try to talk to someone that can help you, they give you the runaround of the day and pass you from "manager to manager", and at the end nobody helps.

No matter what, you end loosing your money, your time and your patience.
