Dan "Dannick" Latimer

Good Day,

Just a warning that Dan Latimer, white, 6'1, dark unkempt hair, brown eyes, thin, single stayed with me for a couple of months back in 2008. He slept on my sofa, absolutely had no money, bumped cigarettes off my friends, stored his stuff in my trunk without my permission by taking my car key and denied that I agreed to it, marijuana smoker, jobless, when he did work he does computer work for Landscaping businesses, has a daughter without ever being married, never married, claims he is only interested in p-ssy (his words), took a shower only a few times a week, rarely washed his greasy hair which was growing too long, promised to pay me rent and never did, he wouldn't even help cleaning up after my animals, claims when I asked him to vacuum that he did not know how use a vacuum cleaner repeatedly. Didn't have enough money to do laundry which was piling up in my bedroom for exactly one month and his clothes smelled. He would disappear on weekend to go either fishing or go up to Melbourne, Florida to get laid by an ex-girlfriend and he had no money for gas, trip, to take her out, etc. I got nervous because it was for more than 2 days, I tried texting him and calling him and he never had the courtesy, politeness, compassion, etc. to call me and then just shows up. By then I had enough and kicked his ass out and when I told him I tried texting him and calling him why didn't he call me back he told me his charger died or he didn't have it with him.... something like that, but since he didn't have the key to my place when he arrived he knocked on the door and tried the door handle and found the door locked and very interestingly enough he called me on his cell phone to let me know he was outside. How interesting because he claimed his cell phone went dead and he couldn't charge it.

After he moved out, I had to steam clean my sofa where Dan slept several times and I still can't get it totally clean and get his smell out.

He never went to college and was driving an old Ford SUV. When he did have money he was generous.

He didn't like dentists so he spent thousands of dollars to have all his teeth capped.

I also didn't have DSL set up when he was here and like a fool I got it for him and since he said he would pay me I ordered DSL. The DSL company came over and installed it and I wasn't home, however, he had the email set up in his name, plus he ordered the highest DSL without consulting me.

He did pay me once around $60.00. He owes me around $2000.00. He didn't have any money for food and ate all my food, drank all my alcohol and soda and never replaced anything. Dan really took advantage of me.

I tried calling Judge Alex and one of Jude Alex's producers called me and I gave the producer all Dan Latimers's information. I never heard back from Judge Alex. I wanted the money Dan Latimer owes me.

He also uses a very old pic of himself and he doesn't look like that present day.

Also, he moved from NE Ft. Lauderdale to Coral Springs and now resides in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Florida.

RUN..... Far away from Dan Latimer...
