deals on wheels

i bought new tires and rims for my suv the owner said i could leave the old wheels at his shop i returned a week later to pick them up he informed me that they belonged to him now becouse i left them there over a week! i later found out this is a scam that is common in the tires and wheel business!! customers beware!!!!!!!!
