I was advised by a local Realtor that a company Myhuckleberry.com had a website advertising the services of the various businesses in my community of Laguna Beach California for no charge....He thought that my company would be a good fit because of the unique services that I offer so I figured why not and checked out the website saw that it was free and then spent the next 30 minutes filling out my personal and business information after completing it I found it strange that they asked for my credit card information it said that they would not be charging the card just keeping it on file should I want to upgrade to a paid ad....I thought it to be strange but after looking into it and exhausted from spending 30 minutes giving my information went ahead ....well as the old saying goes you get what you pay for I was surprised that after calling my cards hotline that it had been charged for $9.99 I immediately looked on their website for a contact phone number and after not finding one I knew I had been taken. I then used the only form of contact they allow a e-mail address to file a complaint. After filling out the complaint form I immediately received a returned e-mail that had been sent to one of their representatives Samuel.I had then sent this so called representative Samuel 15 returned e-mails when another representative by the name of Eric e-mailed me back.....it has now been over 30 days and nobody from Myhuckleberry has returned my e-mails,my account has been charged $19.98 I had to cancel my credit card and to the dismay of it all I have Google's Myhuckleberry online and can not find any information on them besides complaints .....I am filling this out to let others know not to give this company your financial information because if you do happen to have issues there is absolutely no way to contact them.
