Beau Steffan and B&R Exteriors

We were using B&R Exteriors for our roofing contractor. Beau was our "adjustor" to help us fight to get approval from the insurance company. Never returned calls, was rude, unprofessional, and used profanity when we would finally get a hold of him. Signed a contract with B&R Exteriors and gave our deposit made payable to B&R Exteriors to Beau and when the day of the install came, he was a no show. Long story, but the jest of it is this. 3 months before we gave him our deposit, he opened his own company, "B&R Exteriors, Inc.", and was fired from B&R Exteriors for embezzling customers and money from B&R Exteriors and running the money through his account for B&R Exteriors, Inc. We were presented with a contract from the company he was fired from, not from his new company, B&R Exteriors, Inc. B&R Exteriors never contacted us as their customer to inform us that they had fired Beau and to not deal with him anymore. Come to find out, Beau has a criminal past, and he low-balled our insurance appeal by at least $4,000.00 which we can not go back to the insurance company for. B&R Exteriors would not honor the contract that was signed, denied any and all responsibility for Beau's actions and their failure to notify us that he had been terminated, Beau stole our $5,000 deposit in September, has not made any attempt to return the money, has not made any attempt to enforce the contract and replace our roof, and currently has a warrant out for his arrest and is facing a class 4 felony for stealing our deposit. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH BEAU STEFFAN OR ANY OF THE B&R EXTERIOR ENTITIES. THEY ARE ALL THICK AS THIEVES. It is important to note that the current owner of B&R Exteriors is Beau Steffan's cousin, Joseph "Joey" (Thomas) Steffan. BE WARE, STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!
