I have been waiting 6 months for an ad that supposedly takes less than 1 to make. They took my money and promised me an ad I could play on my websites as well as the 5 locations they offer. They never called me. I always had to call them to follow up. During the call they always said it was getting taken care of. I was finally promised on Wednesday that I would have the ad on Wed night, latest Thursday morning. It's Friday and I'm going to have to call them yet again. They take your money and don't give you what they promise. I paid $300. I will be calling help me Howard next.

We made the first ad for her and asked if she wanted any changes. She gave us some changes and we re did the Video ad again.

She wanted some changes on the second ad so we waited for the changes.

We kept calling her and she kept telling us she sent the changes.

So we run the ad as is on our screens for 3 months on 5 screens since we never heard back from her, the agreement was for 3 months on screens.

Then finally she sent in the changes and we re made the ad for the 3rd. time.

Then we offered to run the ad again on 8 screens not 5 and for 6 months not 3 months.

that is were we are at now...

I am the original poster of the 1st comment. Everything AlCast4 said isn't true but they did resolve the issue with me over the phone after they saw my reviews. I'm sure their company is a good company. Unfortunately I was probably one contract that slipped through the cracks. The most important thing to me is that the issue was settled and taken care of by Chris.

You are not the only one that "slipped through the cracks" They did the same thing to me....scam artists that need to be held accountable. I have my lawyer on this.
