hello relaxation

Hi There
I'm travelling with my family for Hawaii and we found a good place to stay on vrbo.com. After first contact with the house on 04/03/2013 I've been forward to the hellow relaxation and the business started. Fist I paid on paypal the $-450,00 for the deposit and reservation. Than I signed 02 contracts: The Rental Verification Form and the Vacation Rental agreement. Finally I've paid on paypal again the full Rental amount for 3 days ($-798,00).
It was supposed to be fine wtih everything but they never sent me a reply mail about the confirmation. I've sent them more than 10 mails asked about the check in details and there was no real answers for that. They replied me later telling that they already sent the mail with the check in details but they don't.
And now the weekend is starting and we'll be there on monday 11/03/2013 with my wife and two babys and we won't have place to stay with all payment done. Could you help me to find a solution?
