I had the displeasure of being scammed by this real estate broker. This guy has no business holding a brokers license. First of all, he hired me to find him short sale listings and never paid me when he said he would. Furthermore, he buys his own short sale listings under his fathers fiancées name, Shadi Jamshidi, which is a serious violation of the law. He buys his own listings (illegal) and flips them. He also refuses to pay employees that he strings along and lies to. Overall, this is one of the shadiest people you will ever meet. Never trust him, lend him money, or do business with him ever. Pretty soon, he will lose his brokers license due to all the illegal and unethical activities he is engaged in.

I would have to agree with this. Jonathan Bolourchi is a terrible human being. Through lies and manipulations, he and his partner, Sam Zavosh, were able to trick me into signing a one year contract to list my home. They refused to let me cancel the short sale listing and insisted on buying my property themselves for their own profit. My home ended up getting foreclosed on because they would not allow me to do what I wanted with my own home. Jonathan Bolourchi and Sam Zavosh belong in prison for fraud and have no business being California Real Estate Brokers. The DRE needs to teach them a lesson. Jonathan Bolourchi has also been flagged by Bank of America for creating fake and fraudulent pre-approval letters. He has since transferred all of his B of A short sale listings to Kamfar Mirrafati (another real estate broker) because B of A flagged him from their system. Yet another example of how Jonathan Bolourchi is a scam artist and shady broker.
It's true. Jonathan Bolourchi (who also likes to call himself Jonathan Charles) is one of the most crooked people there is. His whole company is set up to steal people's homes from under them. First of all, he does anything and says anything to get short sale listings, and then strong arms the sellers into meeting his demands. He buys the listings from the sellers for his own profit under Shadi Jamshidi LLC, (his father's fiancee) and has access to all of her online banking information. This is really a way for him to buy his own listings without informing the Department of Real Estate or the public. He denies many other buyers in this market the opportunity to buy short sale listings because he likes to keep them for himself. Jonathan Bolourchi is also guilty of fraud. In fact, Jonathan Bolourchi has been banned from any Bank of American short sale listings because he was found guilty of making fraudulent pre-approval letters from Bank of America. Bank of America has flagged Jonathan Bolourchi from having any of their short sale listings, so he naturally transferred them to another broker (Kamfar Miraffatti) and made Kamfar Miraffati sign an agreement promising Jonathan Bolourchi the commission on the deals. That's not even the worst part. Jonathan Bolourchi and Sam Zavosh (his partner) promise to pay relocation expenses to desperate and broke sellers and then completely ignore them once they purchase their home from under them. Jonathan Bolourchi and Sam Zavosh also hire non-licensed Real Estate Agents to cold call and find them listings (illegal). Once they have the listing, they will keep it for themselves and will not share any of the money with the person who brought them the listing. They will both soon be reported to the DRE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JONATHAN BOLOURCHI OR SAM ZAVOSH. THESE TWO ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN POCKET AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER THE FIRST CHANCE THEY GET!

I am the person who wrote all of the posts above and any posts on this website regarding Sam Zavosh. I want to be very clear here. I have tried removing all these posts but this website won't allow it for some reason.

I deeply regret involving Sam's name in any of these posts. It was a great misunderstanding that led to his name being involved in this. I want to be very clear here. I wrote these posts and regret involving Sam in any of it. To anybody reading this, please do not let my posts affect your judgment of him. Sam is actually a very upstanding person and business professional, an honest and very intelligent person, and is now a good friend of mine.

Again, please understand I wrote these posts and the website has prevented me from logging back into my account to delete them. I hope anybody reading this understands these posts were made by me in an episode of anger, which I now regret because of anything it might have done to Sam's reputation. Sam is a trustworthy person and I am hoping I can have these posts removed.
