Sean Flanagan

Sean Flanagan of Flanagan Property's is a liar and a thief. My family and I rented a home he said that he was the property manager for. The listing was on craigslist. We gave him the deposits on the home and put 1500.00 of our own money into the home painting thew whole house cleaning and making it our own. We found that nothing was what it seemed when we called and informed him that the heat didn't work, the stove didn't work, and the fridge was junk also. He refused to fix any of these and basically told us to go take a leap. We then told him we wanted our money back and he refused. After going to the Clerk of court we started to find out what a fraud he really was. We were informed from the court that the home was to be sold 2 weeks after we just moved in and there was nothing we could do. That was until we spoke with the attorney for the home owner! We found that he had illegally rented a property he had no interest in. We are now working with the State Attorney to bring this piece of scum to justice! If this man has done this to you please post contact info here so we may contact you for a class action law suite against him! 1 voice may not be heard but 10 will! While his family was safe and warm mine spent 2 days in the hospital 3 out of the 4 of us with bronchitis and pneumonia. PLEASE TELL YOUR STORY!!!!!!!!
