This is a terrible place to work. Most employees are hired as temps and never given a chance to improve their situation within the company. The temp agencies are given a hefty percentage of the workers' salaries, but provide little service in exchange for low wages.

Layoffs are extremely common even for good workers, so counting on this place for long term work is not possible. The turnover rate is higher at this place than any other place I've ever worked at. Management sees its workers as expendable and no more important than cattle on a farm. Most of the workers barely get by with poverty wages while the owner lives in a mansion and buys a new sports car on a regular basis.

I hope if you are considering working here that you will take heed and find work at a better location, as this place is no more than a glorified sweat shop.
