Mr. Purcell was comissioned to preserve a piece of history. Job to take 7-10 days. he was given a $500.00 deposit. Took our items and never returned them. We are out thousands of dollars. After 4-1/2 months he still has not returned them. We heard every excuse in the book and the last one was he gave to an employee to return to us which never happened, says former employee in jail but still was going to pick up and deliver. Did not give us the last name of the person employed by him or the name, address and telephone number of the father who supposedly has access to it. So you do the math. Mr. Purcell has a arrest record, does not pay his fines and willing to give his freedom up (bench warrants leading to jail) by refusing to pay his fines.
People like this should not be in business, a liar, not professional, and not operating with a business license. He is NOT a MAN of his word. AVOID OR EXPECT PROBLEMS
