Ron Collins

This guy Ron Collins talks alot. He claims he is a certified HUD counselor. He was suppose to get a modification for me and when I couldn't come up with the money he wouldn't help me and i was left to figure out how to do it myself. I don't think he was a HUD counselor but a helper that just had a good talk. Now suppossedly he's a mortgage banker and all sorts of things but its all talk. His latest scam is that he's so special the banks give him lists of their foreclosed properties that they have been holding back from the public for him to sell at a discounted rate. If this is true why hasn't he sold any properties. Huh Ron? Because it's not. You go to the library and research the foreclosure properties that are available and no one buys from you because you are a FRAUD and always have been. Just like the modifications you never finished when the people could'nt come up with the money. All I can say is I had a very bad experience with Ron Collins and i would be careful if I were you.
