David Behrend

I was approached by three principals, George Ivankhnik, David Behrend and Tal Ronen to "invest" in their company. They showed me detailed outlines of previous investments and returns from purchasing trust deeds from individuals, they introduced me to other "investors" who had profited from the same offer. I invested a relatively small sum and they made interested payments for a few months then approached me for more money. I was doing well so I agreed to give them more. A month later I could not reach them and I never received my interest payment. I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Beware of TD Gallery Inc.
