DONNA ROSELLINI IS A THIEF

MIAMI, Florida

Donna Rosellini is a real estate broker. She has stole thousands of dollars from us yesteray, August 17, 2013.
We saw an apartment we liked on Brickell Avenue...we signed her so-called cotract, we gave her the first, last and security in a check in the amount of $6,000.00. She immediately went to the bank and cashed it the same day and now her phone is disconnected nd we cat reach her We called the manger of the building and explained our situation and he said someone moved in the unit this morning.
I have read other articles about her now when I googled her name...it just proves that realtors can be crooks too.....
Its sad to think how many others, who saved every penny to move into a nicer place has gotten screwed.....she is an absolute thief !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Ms. Rosellini is a thief. She does have a legitimate Florida Real Esate license and company listing. Please make copies of all your documents (concelled checks, contract etc. ) and file a report with the Florida Real Estate Commission. At least maybe they can track her down and take away her license, fine her and maybe get your money returned to you. The other thing you can do is file a police report and then go to the State Attorney's office (with the police report) in Miami and press criminal charges. You can also try and bring a small claims case against her-but two cases (one for $2500 and one for $3600) were just filed in Miami Dade in the last two weeks. You could get a judgment against her in small claims but of course that is not the same thing as collecting the money. Bringing a criminal complaint is probably the best thing to do at this point. I hope others will do so as well.

I was also scammed by Donna Rosellini about a year and a half ago. She did return half of my deposit because I sent her an email every five minutes for a period of 24 hours. I didn't sleep. Her email address is dlouise7779@yahoo.com
