Cedric Age and Marneta House

This Broker, CEO , and Real Estate agent is committing Real Estate Fraud with his wife Marneta House who is a Mortgage Lender/Realtor/Broker. They are buying each others houses, changing titles, stating on Los Angeles County Recorders documents that they single, when they were married in another State. They are having tenants pay for utilities of other tenants because of unpermitted converted garage, and making tenants share mail boxes. This couple also discriminates with other employees, because of family members that are employed by them. Cedric Age is also on the Executive Board of United Way, but causes the community to become homeless and does not assist them.
Marneta House has changed the name of her business several times this year since February of 2010,
American Union/Pinnacle Mercantile/Bee Free Financial and Mortgage Management Consultants, LLC , American Financial Network. Cedric Age manages Marneta Houses properties that are rentals.
