RISDEN is a total scamer as she attempts to hide Now behind FLORIDA SE REALTY located at 6900 NW 30th Ave in Fort Lauderdale which is the Town-Home of her Daughter that was barred from contact of Public Funds and she plead Guilty to Felony Grand Thief of Home Owners Funds works a " Book-Keeper and Realtor " the Daughter known as Bridget Lynn Massey is not stranger to scams, Massey Arrested for a Shop-Lifter system in which she stole clothes and returned them for gift cards and sold the gift cards along with Home Invasion and Assault on a Elderly Person and resisting arrest and the resale of prescription medication and Doctor shopping with 3 of her friends with up 180 pill each per month. Massey received a 10 year sentence for her part in the Grand Thief and ordered to repay over $40,000.00 plus court cost and was remanded to the care of Broward County Corrections.

Ms Risden her self facing Grand Thief charges and admitted to her husband and partner she Did in Fact embezzle funds from a Condo Association known as Wind Cast Arms located at 4311 Crystal lake Drive and days later she was fired Crystal Lake Town Home Assoc and the Mirage Town Homes Assoc after they found out as to the Large amounts of missing funds taken by Linda K. Risden... Bridgey Massey the Daughter acts as the book-keeper and the home owner association Dont Know the are Mother and Daughter as Massey goes under "purfection Accounting " the duo passes fund to each other threw there matching Pay - Pale - Accounts and invoice the would cover up many pay-outs

Ms. Risden reviled to her husband dozen of checks written to her self with out the permission Or Knowledge of the Board of Directors, Ms Risden stated she took $37,000.00 and state the amount go out of hand and too large to repay... but the amount she did take is closer is to $87,000.00 the goes back since 1988. Ms Risden also reviled she open 6 credit cards with out the Home Owners knowledge

Ms Risden agreed to repay the missing funds to avoid prosecution even tho home owners associations file criminal charges and a Grand Thief Complaint with Broward County Sheriffs department : Risden daughter was arrested by Broward Sheriffs Department and Linda Risden fled the famiies Coral Springs Country Club Home in the middle of the night with telling her family...she took no cloths and rented a car to avoid tag detection in her flight.
