This position is home-based for two weeks till I am back in town where am setting up an office in your area, I run a foundation, working with me is flexible and basically about instructions and following them, my only fear is that I may come at you impromptu sometimes, so I need someone who can be able to meet up with my irregular timings. As my assistant, your activities amongst other things will include; providing reliable superior executive support and manage extremely complex business, as well as, highly demanding social calendars. Assist in supporting the foundation business; performing scheduling and coordinating meetings as well as highly detailed event planning from concept to execution.
Job Description:
Provide exemplary executive support and must have very strong interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and strong work ethic. The candidate must practice tactful diplomacy and possess the ability to multi-task with many projects in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments as well as coordinate travel to and from domestic and international locations; Book reservations, coordinate all appointments with office staff; Manage all business and personal mail and email correspondence; Coordinate all events and dinners - business and social; Exposure to high profile people will require the utmost in confidentiality and discretion; Must be energetic and extremely organized who can assist with miscellaneous errand and tasks as needed.
Your job for the orphanage is to get donations on our behalf, a donation payment in form of a check or money order will be sent over from one of our clients.
I'm sure you'll understand I tend to have a very busy schedule at this point, as I am presently in Canada I will be back in two weeks. I think you're the right person for this position, please note that this position is not office based for now because of my frequent travels and tight schedules; It's a part-time work from home and the flexibility means that there will be busier weeks than others, so it's a little difficult judging the exact number of hours you'll be doing per week.
