EyeWear Town. Corp.

Ordered special pair of sunglasses July 4, 3013. Seller required payment in advance. They received and deposited and the check cleared July 9, 2013. I have never received the glasses. At first, I was told the last remaining pair were scratched and they would try to find another like time. After ignoring several more calls, I was told that t could substitute another color or style. I didn't want any other and demanded my money back. After several more calls, I was told that they don't issue refunds and the person hung up on me. After that, I got hung up on immediately. Emails were refused, a demand for payment certified letter was refused, the BBB issued a complaint again them which was not responded to, and the Attorney General in both Iowa and New York have active complaints regarding this company and my complaint.

Place is a rip-off and they steal people's money all the time according to the reviews and complaints lodged again them. They need to pay up and go away!
