I ask one final time that you guys go away. Otherwirse, I will modify this posting, and the one above , and then start placing everything about you guys in here and everywhere else. This crap is rediculous. Everyone needs to move on. David has, but yet you refuse to. So, I have nothing further to say other than enough is enough. If you have nothing further to say then I won't have anything to say. It's that simple. You comment again, and I will comment a whole bunch. You should be happy that David has held off on his attorney, but don't mistake it for that he doesnt care, or that he won't. Just stop it here and everyone moves on.
Hey FFOD: I really think you or I need to post everything here at this point. These people don't get the hint. I guess they will find out real soon David retained his attorney and he is moving forward. We need to let everyone know about these people and how awful they are. They want to make up lies about David. So why shouldn't we tell everyone the truth about them?For gods sakes some of them work with the elderly, the school district, and another works for friends of ours in the dairy industry. We need to make everyone aware of them their names, their businesses, and warn people.
Hey CC: I think that I will as they are not leaving much of any choice. You would think they would have enough common sense to go away, but we both have already figured out that they are not that smart. Should I give them one last chance???? Let's see if we hear anything else. I already have things put together. It will only take a second to post and instead of posting it here I will do a completely new post with their accurate names, business, and such and a link to the packet we put together for the clients these people contacted.
Hi Again CC: Just forwarded a copy of the dialogue to David to send his attorney. These people are dumb. David talked to Kurt. He is not happy these people tried to impersinate him. David also got the names of others they contacted and he will be getting statements from them tomorrow. David said he knew better that to even ask Kurt but he did anyways. Tried calling you back but it went to voicemail. To answer ALL your questions though- I don't want to really get into it or say to much online. I am waiting for David to talk to his attorney tomorrow. But I will say this. One person works with the elderly (which is scary considering all David and his grandmother have on her) finding placement or something like that. One person works for the school district, and the other works for a dairy or cheese place or something like that. One does have a drug issue and David's got some pretty amazing emails on that. Yes they tried to extort him and again his attorney has all the emails on that. One falsified reports and harassed clients of David- and yes his attorney has all those emails and statements from the person. Basicallly the attorney has everything and it is in his packet for the court. Don't quote me on all of that as I am not totally sure. David would know. Yes David is inclined to post everthing about them, all the information, as well as their names, and where they work so as to make people aware and cautious of them. He also has a packet the attorney had put together weeks ago for the injunction that David may send out to everyone about these people. Yes he officially retained his attorney , and yes he is considering hiring an investigator as well. And yes David, or maybe he said his attorney (don't remember) is inclined to contact the friends and family of these people as they seem to think it is okay to contact Davids. I think that answers all your questions. So, go to bed. No fireworks tonight. David is trying to take the higher road on this. Just say a prayer for these people tonight. They must be really sad people with a lot of issues to do stuff like this.
Hi CC: This has to do with an ex girlfriends mom. David dated her daughter many years ago. She is crazy. That is the one linked to the dairy/cheese factory. The other one is David's most recent girlfriend. She is the one working with elderly through some placement company. You are getting them confused. I am just going to email you the packet so that you undderstand better. And no I am not going to post it all here. David said to wait till tomorrow. He is going to talk to his attorney. We shouldnt even be talking about this junk here but it is hard not to when these idiots do stupid stuff like this. I can tell you this though, and I hope that they are all reading it. I wish David would send to their supervisors, place of work, prominent people in their respective industries, as well as boards and associations, the packet his attorney put together to file with the court. I wonder how they would like it? THey will be the first to cry foul and say how unfair it is, but yet they will do it to David with lies. How sad.
