I ordered printing and mailing services from Discounted Printing, aka "Twig One Stop" and they took my payment but made several mistakes with my order and would not continue with the mailing services after it was already printed. Their indicia mark is on it, so it's now useless and they will not refund the order nor are they willing to take any responsibility after numerous mistakes, in which they admitted to.

I purchased printing online from their website www.discountedprinting.com. They also operate at www.twigonestop.com. Aside from multiple problems with the order, they refused to refund after sending an apology letter. What good is a letter when I needed 5k mailers printed and mailed?
