We have a project/property in the Dominican Republic with close to $200 million in equity. This provider is offering us the BG for the project provided our bank gives them an ICPO ( irrevocable pay order). We have such an order in place. The $500,000 in escrow covers guarantee transmission expenses ( SWIFT)

The way this is to work, is the escrow funds have to be committed by investor, in his attorney's escrow is fine.

When all the agreements are set up between us and the provider, the escrow needs to be set up. Once the escrow is in place and the agreements signed, we will get a contract from the lender. One of the conditions in that contract will be to repay investor's investment, plus his 500k fee.

The escrow stays in place until the guarantee is sent and confirmed by Swift MT760 to the lender bank. Once the Swift is confirmed the escrow leaves the account and funds are sent to provider. Once the Swift is confirmed a line of credit is established at lenders bank. This can happen same day or next day after Swift is confirmed. Your investment will be returned from this line of credit. The BG is devisable and Arturo gets his 50M

Time to put this deal together should be about a week. Once escrow is created it should be about 3 days to create the instrument. Once created it will be sent by Swift MT760. Once sent it is 1-5 days to confirm. Once confirmed, initial funds (your investment) plus fee's can be returned by same day swift.
