Juan Mechanic

I have just taken my car to Juan mechanic in parque de la reina to have an oil return pipe fitted, the job was done and i paid the money asked from him shhook hands and parted..when driving my car home i realized he had driven it some 40 klms, i thought it was a bit cheeky but thought oh well the job is done. Two days later he is calling a phone that i used to call him claiming he had left tools in my boot, first question what the hell are your tools doing in my boot? The car only need to go on a ramp, ....juan has been trying to contact me to get the tools back which i understand, however i have had no credit to call him back. I have just watched him from my balcony breaking into my car to get his belongings back and whilst he was there he has stolen my ipod from the car...This is the damage he caused to my car .. What should i do ? I have called him and said i will give you the chance to put things right with out involoving the police, i would like my car door fixed.
