Giles and Sara Dunn

Giles Barnaby Dunn and Sara Elizabeth Dunn are scam artists. They both rented my guest house for a period of a week with their son. After the first night, they insisted that they wanted to leave and not even pay for the night they stayed. My mother graciously told them that they could cancel their entire reservation and receive a full refund. I initiated a refund through the website that they booked through. Apparently, Giles Dunn and Sara Dunn wanted cash and began to YELL and SCREAM and me and my mother when I had initiated the refund online.

I explained to them that their credit card had already been refunded and there was no way to reverse the refund. They continued to yell and scream at us. My mother then agreed to give them their refund in the form of cash as well. At this point, they had been refunded twice for the reservation. I explained to them that we could give them the cash as long as we had the understanding that they would be sending us back the refund we had given on their credit card once they received it.

They assured us they would send our money back. Giles Dunn signed an agreement stating that he would send back the money (which was over 1,000 dollars!). I took photos of their passports and their home address.

Ever since they returned to England, Giles Dunn and Sara Dunn never sent our money back. They have refused to answer my e-mails. Not only did they YELL and SCREAM at me and my mother, but they also scammed my family out of over 1,000 dollars and ended up costing us even more by canceling their reservation. They are truly very angry, nasty, and disgusting people. Apparently, they think it is OK to scam a family out of money and to disrespect them in the process.

I must add here that my mother and I truly feel sorry for their son, who has to grow up with 2 criminals as parents who are also very angry people with a very dark energy about them. Please be warned about these 2 people. They are not only scam artists, but very angry people as well. You have been warned. I have also posted pictures of their passports so that everyone can be properly warned.
