Extreme Caution when dealing with this Serial fraudster
The Reason:
In 1988 he was placed on trial at the Old Bailey for plotting to murder his father and a £1m (equivalent £10m in 2014) fraud using his father’s business. The Judge Frances Petre stated at the conviction (as shown below from paper article) “You are about as fraudulent a man as I have ever come across. I find it difficult to believe anything I am told by you.”
In 1996 he was convicted for 6 years Old Bailey in September 1996 Old Bailey to wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm to his own step daughter. He attacked his step daughter over the head with an hammer several times. See below his own confession during the D Hunt v Sunday Times hearing in 2013 during cross examination by the barrister.
He abandoned his daughter at a very young age who is now in her mid-thirties.
To date he still continues to defraud individuals and businesses by convincing people he is a multi-millionaire that owns land in Ireland and Canning Town, London. It is true he did own the sites but, we believe the Ireland site was sold after the fraud conviction and Canning Town land was lost at an adverse possession hearing and later Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) by the LDA.
His whole life is a lie and his current family does not know of his lies. They also believe he is a multimillionaire who survives on his father’s so called trust fund. If this trust exists, it would be used to pay off his debts from the late eighties that he still owes banks and companies, unless he has never declared this to his insolvency practitioner, which is illegal. This man earns money by cheating and scamming people.

1st Conviction
Please see below the newspaper article printed in the Newham Recorder after his first conviction. It not only describes him well but this man has not changed at all. He wasn’t found guilty for plotting to kill his father because Tony Smith, who worked for Billy Liar and allegedly hired by him, was found not to be a credible witness and the Jury were not told his father was murdered two weeks after the first attempt.



Murder of his Father
It’s not for us to say he had his father killed but once you read Freddie Foreman’s Biography ‘Brown Bread Fred’ the evidence is quite compelling. We’ll let the reader of this email decide for themselves. Please see below the extracts from the book that are relevant.

The Loving Son- The picture below is that of his parents headstone at Plaistow cemetery. As you can see both parents died in the same year, a loving nan and grandfather to Billy Liar’s daughter. The mother was aged 55 died mysteriously in her sleep!!! The rumours in the east end is that he paid his family doctor to write out the death certificate as natural causes. If this is true, and we don’t know, you have to wonder how a 55 year old dies of natural causes and no thorough autopsy was carried out. Well the loving son did provide a grand headstone, that’s the least he could do !!!!! Nope, he has never paid for them since 1986 and still owes T Cribb and Sons £16,000 (from the late eighties) for the headstone.

2nd Conviction
It is well known in the East End that Billy Liar attacked his step daughter over the head with an hammer several times and was originally charged with attempted murder. His version of the story is that this is not true and he attacked her boyfriend with an ashtray and was convicted for GBH for this. There was no boyfriend involved in the incident. If there were, he would have admitted this during cross examination during the D Hunt v Sunday Times hearing. However, during the hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice during cross examination, he admitted to the assault with a hammer. Please see below the transcript Page 5 & 6 highlighted in Red box.
Finally
We know Billy Liar has scammed several people and businesses however, we hope one day the law catches up on him. You may ask why no one has gone to the Police with regards the scam. Well Billy has been clever never to have anything in his name. He will always front with others on documents.
He currently running around with two credible individuals that choose to close their eyes and ears as he has promised them millions from his Ireland deal. Currently one of these individuals are touting him around London as Multi-Millionaire property investor who has Millions to spend. If you ever come across this man or you are currently dealing with him, please avoid him. This man can never tell the truth.
