William ALLEN aka Billy Allen

The real Billy Allen
He states he is a property developer and has lots of contacts in the city of London. He is in fact a fraudster who cons lies and cheats to get what he wants. He has spent most of his adult life in and out of prison. He has convictions for fraud and attacking his step-daughter with a hammer.
He was also arrested and charged with inciting someone to kill his father. The man hired was arrested and during his interview he told police he was hired by Billy Allen. He was eventually acquitted by a jury. The high court judge said during this trial "I don't believe a word you have said”
CLAIMS
He claims to be the son of the Allen family in Mills & Allen Britain's biggest poster company. His father was actually an East End gangster with convictions for armed robbery.
He says that all his assets are offshore in Guernsey, Switzerland and the BVI. He boasts about not paying tax here, saying tax is for poor people. There are no offshore assets.
He claims to have a Swiss trustee who also looks after the Barclay Brothers and Sir Philip Green and this gives him access to billions of pounds of credit. This is not true.
He says that he owns a country house and 10,000 acres, on which he is going to get planning permission to build houses. The truth is he rents his house and the land is owned by the kings trust which he is in the process of trying to swindle from a local farmer.
For years, he has claimed to own a substantial amount of land in Ireland. He has used this land as collateral on lots of deals, always promising people 50% of it. The land does not exist.
He claims to be hard wired into British gangsters in Spain. They hold him responsible for the death of his father and are waiting the day justice is done. There are also gangsters closer to home looking for him as he owes them money.
He claims to have bought and sold 40% of every major property in Mayfair and Knightsbridge. The reality is there have been very few deals and all he has ever managed is to steal from other people.
He says he owns a big chunk of Canning Town. He says his father and grandfather both bought land and he added to it. Again he concocted a plan and swindled three hundred thousand pounds out of some East end villains. They are now aware they have been conned and are in the process of looking for Billy ALLEN.
He claims to have global contacts in India, the Middle East and Vietnam. In fact, he is a racist MODUS OPERANDI
He is very good at persuasion. One police officer was quoted as saying "he was the best fraudster in the UK, I have ever come across".
He works out what you want to hear and then tells you that.
He boasts about how he always looks after everyone on a deal. The reality is that if there is any money he will take the lot, saying the deal has fallen through.
He uses his disabled son to get your sympathy. He also uses him as an excuse so that when the big moment arrives in the deal when he has to come up with the money he will go missing, saying he has had to take his son into hospital. The reality is the money was never there in the first place. He separates everyone off in the deal so no one compares notes and discovers that he is lying to everybody.
He always has ill gotten cash which he will flash around. This is bait. He wants to give the impression that he has millions at his fingertips.
He will show false documents at a moment's notice - letters of credit, proof of funds, deeds and bonds - they are always fakes or forgeries.
Once you are on to him he will lie about you to everyone in the hope that no one will talk to you in the future. This way he can continue his deceit.
He has left a trail of devastation behind him, ruining people's lives with his endless lies. He has also ruined bankers, lawyers and accountants.

For years he has told people that he owns 45 Berkeley Square London W1J 5AS again he uses this as a tool to deceive you. He doesn't and he never has. He even uses the address on his paperwork and business cards and proposed websites.
His favourite Quotes are
" 101 per cent, written in stone, not up for discussion "
" love to the family." Whenever he says this he is lying.
There is one other clue to tell if he's lying to you - his mouth moves.

On 9th December 1988 Billy Allan was sentenced to seven years imprisonment.
Attack on stepdaughter
Billy Allan was found guilty and sentenced to prison after he attacked his stepdaughter with a hammer, during the trial it was alleged he hit her over the head sixteen times. He was sentenced on 9th September 1996 to 6 year’s imprisonment. He will tell you a story that he was trying to attack a black drug dealer and the stepdaughter tried to stop him. This is a lie there was never any black drug dealer.
Creditors owed money
If you contact the Insolvency Service, Business Services Division, West Wing, Ground Floor, The Observatory, Brunel, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4AF. They will have a list of all the people who are still owed money by Billy Allen, whilst going through the list I was shocked to see a company Called T Cribb & Sons, This company supplied the headstones for both his mother and father's grave, the debt of £16,378.00 has never been paid to this date. I think this sum up his family values. He will tell you he loved his parents, strange way to show it.
