Let me count the ways, Royal Transportation of Orlando, has overtly and criminally deFrauded legions of ex and current employees...Limousines..Coaches,Town Cars,...Out of Orlando on 806 Landstreet Rd.....The Scumbag behind all of this: is Owner/CEO- Cliff Wright,A transplanted NYer,that seems to have brought the dirty side of the Big Apple to Disney.This Thief, is ironically the Pres.of the Orlando Limo Association,....for now.He is being investigated by the Vehicles for Hire Orlando Police Dept.for multiple malpheasons.His Right hand man,another City Transplant, is GM /Partner/Operations Guru George Cosme.Both are on Facebook,as well as Royal Trans.is.Say Hi.

Going thru 35 plus employees in the last half a year,is the best indicator of a ruthless system, of expanding Profit margin, at the expense of Employees' LABOR.Gratuity,..I am one of them,but we have arranged potential Class Action with others that have been taken advantage of by these Gangsters.Following is a LIST of their Violations,That are verifiable.

1.The shorting of Hours per week.ie Employee worked 40 hours got paid for 30.Easy to prove with documentation.

2.Same employee was underpaid promised 20 per hour ,with CDL,to a low 15 per hour to Drive Coach!!!!.When new employee noticed the short.Arranged a meeting between George and Cliff,and Cliff admitted culpability by paying said employee, the differential.Caught red-handed !..But the ever resourceful Cliff, stuck him, on the back End,by shorting him 10 hours,which equals a net margin theft of 200 Dollars....NY,What a City! Watch the Shell Game.Don't play the Game.QUIT.

3.1000's Prob. Tens of 1000's of Dollars STOLEN!...Theft of NUMEROUS CC Gratuity from Customers, meant for Drivers,to be attached to that weeks' pay.This is easy to prove, if Royal would have their Financial Records open to the Public,per Court Order.A Driver that has worked there years,told me."Do not expect to get CC Gratuity at all...U will not see nothing..Only Cash Tips,that the Customer hands you directly"This employee was Blacklisted and taken off jobs per this info.given to me.Problem is, Nothing is listed on payroll stub,cause there is no stub.To hide the blatent Thievery.Also,I have worked for other Limo companies,and we always gave customers the option to leave CC Gratuity in a verifiable paperwork at end of JOB!!.Here there is no such Contractual option,which is quite unusual.Then we would call in the additional tip,and it would be reprocessed.Cause tips are earned by the end of the job..and by the Driver, EXCLUSIVELY.Others use the app LIMOANYWHERE.Not Royal.In this regard,Tips left on CC,after the fact,or prior,are hard to determine unless u can call each customer,or look up each CC Merchant processing.cause we are not given the option to have customers sign and verify a Contract.Like u would when u bought a pizza with your CC.So,their is a regular Customer that requested me, that I took in 12 plus hour jobs 4 times.This friend of Cliff had mentioned to me NUMEROUS times that he left me a tip ,with Cliff, on CC Gratuity ,after the fact,because of my exemplary service.I saw 30 dollars total that I can Verify.The first time I had returned an Ipad he left behind,...so he let the cat outta the bag,and I had to pester Cliff..to instigate this pay out.First Cliff thought I was taken care of cause he had fronted my pay by 2 days.Then, I asked him how much Paul gave me for a 15 hr Job..He lied and said 50 Dollars!!! A 15 hr job that he raved about me!!?He gave me 30 of that.FACT!!!Other times he verified other tips on CC.that I never will see..This is just one customer.Cliff feels like he does the processing...He has rights to the GRATUITY,too.Every job can easily be in the 100's.This is a lot of money.Many Employees thru the years.

4.No Contract as an IC was ever signed by any Drivers.Prior to employment.Hence,Since we are paid Hourly.By Default we are all Hourly Employees..And this becomes multiple WAGES and Hours Violations.Without a Contract we are not Contractors.

5.If we are Hourly Employees without a verifiable Contract,there appears to be years of IRS backtaxes due by Employer and immense Fraud.Also SS AND Workmen's Comp,etc IRS could seize Business Assets.How many ADMIN Employees ARE ON PAYROLL?Ken,GiGi,George,Cliff?

6.Insurance Claims:Driver is hired ,and prior passes thru background for CITY PERMIT.and Driving Record in acceptance or Objection by Commercial Insurance of Royal Limo.The Risk and Propensity to Damage said limos,coaches is minimized by the attention to a Driver's record and length of experience in Vehicles prior to Hire.High Turnover hurts this consistency ,good service record,Safety..and leads to more potential Claims.If a Driver is not accepted or is with a probationary period.this behooves Royal to not Hire this employee..or it will lead to higher Rates-PREMIUMS.Regardless,The Deductible is a Choice by this Corp.to either lower or raise Premium,associated.A High 2000 Dollar Deductible is what Royal Has.We did not sign a Contract to say that we are responsible for any and all damage minus the Deductible out of pocket as an employee and/or Contractor.They hold all responsible and take out of next paycheck,regardless.THIS IS ROYAL'S ILLEGAL POLICY....NO CIVIL ACTION..NO INSURANCE INVESTIGATION...They determine 100 per Fault and associated Financial obligation..with no claim being made whatsoever.In my case I had 450 taken from my paycheck immediately,and is still owed to me.I must of had a vehicle cause this damage due to the height of it...and I mentioned UNINSURED MOTORIST COVERAGE..They lied and said there is a 2000 deductible..and I pay the 450.There is no Deductible on a hit and run.They made no claim.just took my pay.

7.INSURANCE FRAUD. George ran my forfeited license with a CDL Class A Permit and a 15 passenger Endorsement test I passed at another State.Fla I did not renew my CDL Permit because they only give me 180 days to complete..other state was 2 years.Pass Endorsement was not transferred,on current Lic.Not sure why.So,he rushed me into Coach Driving, cause main guy up and left.So he said he ran other state and I passed...but this is irrellevent cause It is no longer current.So,he told me it was legal cause Insurance passed me with old lic to drive CDL Coach..on a standard Fl DL,PROB NOT.Should not have driven CDL CLASS B AND/OR Pass End.vehicle

8.Paid 15 hourly for Class B Coach Driving,Though others driving Town cars make 25 hourly plus 20 per Gratuity on same jobs..Despicable
