Progressive

Called in to get a quote for boat insurance.
I gave them zip code, ss #, driving history etc.
When they asked for my home address, I said "you don't need it. I just want a quote for now."
They refused to give me the quote when I said I'm not giving you my mailing address until I become a customer. My response was "fine, now delete the personal information you just took from me." PROGRESSIVE REFUSED TO DELETE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED A QUOTE.
