Hillard Lyons, Nicholas Laughlin

Nicholas Laughlin, Senior Compliance Analyst at Hillard Lyons, 500 West Jefferson Street
Louisville, KY 40202 falsely acted as legal representation on behalf of Hillard Lyons in regards to civil matter between myself and his brother Matthew Laughlin(previous landlord of mine).
I was notified by Nicholas via mail. The letter he sent was on Hillard Lyons company letter head and very poorly and unprofessionally written. I was very concerned and spoke with his direct supervisor @ Hillard Lyons who was unaware employee Nicholas Laughlin used company trademark to represent his brother in a civil matter and advised that is against company policy.
This is a bad mark for a company like this who is responsible for managing millions of dollars in investors hard earned money! Do your research on this company.Their employees are very shady and unprofessional.
