Price a Building

We went into contract with this company in May 2010 and it took over 4 months to get our plans and five months to get our building it should have only taken 8 to 12 weeks . well in October when our building arrived the company was suppose to pay for our insulation and have it delivered to us but the owner Mr. John Barber took our money and went on retreats and paid for someone elses building or drawings he has so many people he has waiting to get paid back . because in my contract it was to include the insulation but he took our money and said he didn't have the money to pay for our insulation so we had to pay for insulation again. however i did report it to the BBB but it has been since October and he has made no attempt to pay us or even contact us . so i called him and he said he is working on it he owes us close to 2100.00. so lesson learned always demand everything be on one delivery truck or don't pay for it until you get all your products in full.
