Body Rx: Dr. Connelly's 6 Pack Prescription

Warning! Following Dr. Scott Connelly's scam of a program I gained a high percentage of body fat, lost muscle mass and got high cholesterol, hypertension and other serious medical problems. I am now under a REAL doctors care and specified diet to try to get my health back. This is the worst experience of my life. It turns out this isn't the first time he has caused harm to people and animals. I just wish I had know before. I would have never considered a 'death diet'.
