This individual is on the prowl searching for investors. You put the money up to purchase the home and pay for all the repairs, however, you sign your cashiers check over to G&G Homes or Omni Development Llc. Craig will say that it is to appear that you have no interest in the home which is why you put in his companies name. He'll complete the job in four months. You are to take a mortgage out on the home you already own, get your money back and split the rest. Meaning you take the mortgage out on the home you already own but is in his name for $40K get your $10K back and you two split the rest.

He will LIE to you saying he put an additional $15K into your home, leave his name on your deed and ad your name, majority of the work done is used ex: sinks, toilets, tub, floors not leveled, used carpet from the Auto Show pieced together and stapled to the floor, all NEW doors are not leveled and don't closed.

He held my house up for 15 months. He used my home for storage and refused to produce the receipts. DO NOT DO any business with Craig Gailliard DBA G&G Homes nor Omni Development Llc.

Let me add... he failed to pull a permit to do these homes. Everything he has done is illegal and not within the rules and regulations of the laws with the State of Michigan. Report him to Fox 2 and The Enforcement Department. Be sure to make a police report and let the law handle him. He is a crook.
