We were set up with Insurance that did not exist and had expensive medical tests approved by the customer service of this Insurance. When the claims were sent they had moved on. We paid $700 per month to a fictitious company who claimed they were part of Beech Street a reputable Insurance...so when we went on the Beech Street Web Site the Doctors were listed as participating. The Broker who set us up won't return calls or E Mails. We have no contract because we were rolled over by our so called Broker from a previous plan.
