Safe Way Stores

My wife work for a Safeway store in notrthern california ( sf bay area ) she was told to take her last week of vacation.She never was paid by safeway.The store assistant manager insisted she had a week on the books. He lied and tried to cover it up and said he would pay her from her sick leave.He is tampering with payroll and we have filled a grievance with the bakers union.If we do not get her week of pay we are seeking legal action against safeway corporation for back pay and damages.Safeway is a terrible place to work and they are always trying to scam employees and should have class action law suit and be put out of business.If you work for them you are aware of their fraud .Join the many and file grievance and join the class action law suite!
