Charles Bruce Ferguson, aka Congruity Capital Partners, aka New Vegas Partners has possibly opened a business front in Las Vegas in order to attempt to show business integrity while collecting investments from people in the US and abroad.

Currently he has not paid his employees and is also under prosecution for financial crimes in Arizona.
