Free Chat Line

The Free chat line number and other 712 chat numbers are fraud. They appear to be free. However according to the FCC 712 calls are sent to a small town Iowa. Then that phone company charges the big phone companies over a dollar per minute then kicks back about 30 cents to the owner running the number. Plus they let sex offender peeps on the line trolling for underage teen kids. Dont call you may get caught for just simply calling.
