Geek Squad

Last month I had contacted geek-squad to connect my computers withe the modem. I had to pay them $102.00 for the services. My computers does connect to the internet. But when I change my modem through U verse by att same service I had before. I found out the the Geek Squad lock my computer program from changing my new mode. I was not told that it was lock. When I called Geek Squad they told me that I had to pay them another $99.00 plus tax to get it correct. I asked to speak to a supervisor only to report my problem. The girl that I spoke to put me on hold for a long time and connect me to customer
service. When I was connected I said the other woman on the line if she was a supervisor. The woman on line reply no and the 1st girl was still on line. She was arguing with the other woman saying that she was. When fulling we all knew that she was not. I did finally did talk to someone not sure who she was. Geek Squad do a lot of things to customer to make sure that we will have to call them again so that they can charge us again. This is a ripoff.
