OneVanilla prepaid Visa Card are scamer when you buy the pre-paid visa they charege u $5.00 to activate and u expect to reload it. Well they dnt have thta info in the card when you buy it. u only use it tht one time and they charge u $2.50a month untill u use up all ur money and they chare u about one doller for a transactio. They give false advertisment in thier packing. It says upgarde you card today and when u call to upgarde they tell u its a none reloadable card! you have to purches a diffrent one to do tht . DO NT BUY ONEVANILLA PRE-PAID VISA CARD THEY ARE SCAMERS !!!!!!!!!!
