Briony Stow

WARNING, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!!!! Having lived downstairs from Briony Stow for almost 5 years and having to deal with her fraudulent HOA noise violation notices I would caution others to not deal with her, whether in a personal or a professional capacity. She has filed numerous illegitimate noise report complaints over the years, in many cases one after the other often times resulting in multiple complaints per week. This has been taking place over the years with ZERO accompanying police reports or other evidence.

She continuously abuses the HOA complaint system whenever she hears any noise that she deems unfit, without any regard for the disturbing noises that come from her unit, which include disgusting noises coming from her bedroom late in the evening and early morning hours (with no regard for the people living below her), a dog that barked continuously because it was crated all day and she rarely ever took it for a walk, her son stampeding across the unit and slamming things on the floor, major construction projects during HOA designated quiet time hours, and loud music/tv noises coming from her unit.

She engaged in this type of behavior with me and is now doing it again to one of our new tenants who moved in. In my opinion she has an unstable temperament and I would advise others to be cautious in their dealings with her. Not honest and not ethical in my opinion. A vindictive prima donna who is quick to complain if she doesn't get her way 100% of the time. SCAM BEHAVIOR and shame on Conrad Property Management for facilitating this fraud.
