This crazy woman pretends to be a Dr.(Chiropractor and MD, says she has a pilot license, is a wellness coach, does seminars for a company called Big & Bad and has rented in the Lehigh Valley, PA area for the last 5 years. She bounces checks to the landlord, lies about everything. Has no qualifications and steals others SS#'s. The local
real estate market is on to her but landlords not using a RE Company, be careful.
Has fake pre approval letter & will tell you she sold her house.
Very scary. Husband is Walter Guerrerie, sons. Poor things are thrown
into this crazy life.
Beware!! She rips off anyone and everyone in her path.
