He claims he have provider for bank instruments and call for upfront fees to send pre advice Mt799, once you make payment he will claim the provider can't be reached, have problem or giving you stories until you are fed up. He keeps changing offers to make it look real.

Please beware of this con artist he is only out there for upfront fees, tricking people. We lost 10,000 Euros.
