Thank you for this informant site, my sister in the last few months has been in search of an apartment. She contacted this agent listed above on several occasions she was very eager to
help until she gave all of her qualifications. Meaning children and the apartment she was inquiring about was on the 2nd floor . Also, she because loosing her husband receives a housing grant she was told unless she made a certain income working, and had above a 700 credit score she was not a candidate for this apartment. Never heard back from this agent, she did however show the apartment to a dear friend that had all the qualifications she was looking for and NO children.

I researched this agent and thanks to this site ,was able to find out this is a common practice of hers. I was told to report her, not looking to harm anyone just want a nice place for my family.
And forgot to mention that my sister said she was very abrupt and rude.
My sister has excellent credit, excellent income, and would be a great tenant for anyone
